Today we have to:

• Figure out our plan. How many days to next resupply. Where to resupply next?
• Buy resupply
• Ship resupply to next location if needed. Ship bounce box.
• Make baskets fit poles
• Glue Velcro on Toothless shoes for gaiters
• Kids play and go to library
• Eat more
• Figure out ride to PVC

I took Toothless to the playground (which is awesome) while waiting for Natasha to figure out our plan. Lil Flier was napping at the hotel.

It snowed the night before in town so there was a thin white layer of snow all over.

Natasha figured it all out and met us by the playground. We went to get the resupply. Toothless has been a bit disregulated at times so he and Natasha went to the library while I finished shopping.

Since it was close to lunch I just brought the food back to the hotel and sorted it there. I could have walked across the parking lot to the USPS right after but that didn’t work with kids schedules.

I sorted at lunch then we walked the items for mailing back to the post office. The kids went back to the library while I mailed items. I then went to the hardware store to get a knife and super glue for the pole baskets and gaiters.

We all went back to grocery store to get a few more items to pad our snacks. Then went back to hotel.

I modified the pole baskets to fit a komperdell style tip. I used the knife to make the right size hole. I made it fit.

I then superglued velcro to Toothless’ shoes for the gaiters. He got a pair of dirty girl gaiters with dog paw print pattern. Perfect for him.

Did some chores. Toothless watched Wallace and Grommet shows on the TV (what a treat! We don’t watch much TV at home). Lil Flier spent most of the day unlocking new crawling and mobility skills. She’s rolled to her hands and knees from a sitting position several times. She also seems like she might scoot on her bum. We all ate more. Ate dinner. Baths and showers. Toothless has had like 5 baths. The hotel has a spa bath so he likes turning on the jets.

We still need to figure out a ride in the morning. I messaged the ride from yesterday (Grumpy) but no response yet. I know he is out of town today so he might be busy. We will see.

Eating ice cream in bed. Time to sleep. Need to pack tomorrow and get going!
