I ran out of battery on my phone so had limited notes and photos today.

We had a hard day in lots of snow. Hard with kids. It was a lot at the end of the day. The snow started soft and not technical – just a lot of effort. Then I noticed the snow getting a little firmer.

Toothless hiked a tonne.

Near the end of the day though we all got pretty exhausted.

Lil Flier is just super happy all the time. I had to wrap her in the down blanket cover for the carrier at the end of the day but other than that – telling me she was getting chilly – she was super  positive all day.

Lil Flier is starting to be look at trees and touch them. It’s been nice being in a forest.

We got picnic tables tonight at the camp. I set up the tent and Natasha cooked and fed the kids.

Downhill and into the desert in the morning. This was it.
