We had a short (roughly 1 mile) section of the Aquaduct to finish today. We headed into windmills in a seemingly endless wind farm.

Lil Flier loved it. It’s like a giant ceiling fan and babies LOVE ceiling fans.

It made me disoriented though!

I did some errands on the phone during the day. I sorted out some new packs to make a bear can carry more feasible in the Sierras. More on that later.

Our campsite today was just past the creek. We found a spot on a ridge to cowboy camp at. We thought it was wind sheltered, and I made a wind break out of large boulders, but early on the wind changed direction. I think it’ll be one of those nights where we have to hold onto our hats.
