PCT 2025 Day 69: Fluffy and green

I really liked today. We went from windmills to some more interesting vegetation again. Large trees. Many deadfall. It was cool.

There was some road and trail. Not too much. We had lunch at the road junction where Miller Spring can be accessed. It was a long lunch. Natasha dropped us off and the kids and I ate and went to the bathroom while Natasha walked off trail, got the water and walked back. Secret spotted another large snake just chilling on the side of the road while I was disposing of Lil Fliers waste in a cathole. It was just sitting there not even phased by a kid walking right next to it.

We camped in Hamp Williams Pass, where there’s a pretty strict easement. We had a nice fluffy, green and cool spot. Good wind shelter. It was pleasant.
