PCT 2025 Day 89: happy Father’s Day (to me)

I had a pretty good Father’s Day

The kids were behaving very well. I had an awesome hike with Secret and Lil Flier – each on their own turns.

It was a beautiful day.

No water stress!

Lunch was pleasant. We were able to do diaper laundry with water and it dried before we left.

Camp was great. There were big trees to climb. Rocks for the kids to climb and Lil Flier to use to hold themselves up. Lots of space to set up shelter.

We saw lots of people during the day

I was wished happy Father’s Day by a group. I had forgotten!

Our Sierra slowdown has started. And it’s because it’s so damn beautiful. Secret just slows right down. Asks to take photos. Climbs boulders.  Wants to stop at all the water.

I’m glad we chose to give this a try.
