PCT 2025 LASH with 2 kids under 5 years old

In 2025 we hiked a LASH (Long Ass Section Hike) on the PCT NOBO starting on March 19th.

We hiked with our son Secret (formally with the trail name Toothless, who was 4 years old on the PCT) and our daughter Lil’ Flier (who was 7 months old when we started).

We hiked a total of 875 miles (1400 kms) and started at the southern Terminus at Campo and finished at VVR. Secret hiked almost entirely on his own – we started by occasionally carrying him, but quickly transitioned to him hiking everything. He hiked roughly 10 miles/ day. Lil Flier was carried by mom and dad (alternating).

We are happy with what we accomplished. We are grateful for the time together!
